    They moved to a different system causing me to not be able to pay my bill. When it was all said and done they charged me fees for the for there mistakes.

  4. Criminal organization that should be audited. They will turn off your water even though they sent a bill the day it was due. They just remodeled the offices so I’m sure they need to boost revenue. Only other monopoly that bullies it’s customer’s worse is Duke.

  5. Our bill doesn’t come in consistently, sometimes it comes in a week before it’s due and sometimes it’s day or two. The penalties they charge and the “before 4:30” timeframe are completely outrageous.

  9. It’s a nice company but fees and added costs are severe, an example is a 37 dollar fee for a 20 dollar bill. The service can be slow given the large area it services water sometimes has a distinctive kinda moldy taste

  10. Another small town monopoly that doesn’t give a rat’s tail about it’s customers. If you owe them $0.1 on your final due date & don’t pay, guess what? You won’t be washing your tail that evening. Infrastructure is terrible. Leaks everywhere seeping into the street. Online bill pay is constantly inoperable. I see well water in my future.

  16. This is actually the IC Water District, where you go to pay your bill. They LOVE tacking on fees too. Did you know it costs extra to pay with your debit card? Oh!   21. The billing group is incompetent. Our bank has to mail them a check as the only option for online banking. Our bank postmarked a check 9-11 days before it was due.
