I’ve gone to Troyer for 8 years, I have never had an issue. He’s quick and efficient, his staff has always been helpful and professional. Im a single mother and had to bring my young kids in before and the staff was soo nice and friendly to them. My glasses always came back sooner than later. I always leave a satisfied customer.
Notable improvement on practices! Transparency was applied in changes in prescription, pricing and options. Making an appointment was difficult through their service ,so I walked in and scheduled.

They don’t follow up very well. 2 weeks later after my appointment and I still have not been contacted over my items arriving. They told me 2-3 days when I paid. I’m having to chase them down.
