Our family had multiple policies with this broker and Kay Wilkinson ignored several repeated requests to change our coverage. She is rude and lacks care for her customers. After two months of trying to chase her down to revise the policies, she simply told us to go elsewhere. We agree completely! Buyer beware.
I had my home and car policies with State farm and Allstate. Last year it went up so high. Insurance One Agency found the best coverage and I save almost 2.000 for both policies. Also they provided the best customer service I ever had.
