This place is terrible. Don’t bother calling. They keep transferring you to people who don’t want to help you when they screw up. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional place in my life.

The billing department is useless. Two months to get a problem fixed that was the company’s error is still not fixed as today 10/20/20. Worst customer service ever. Do you not have customer service training for your employees!
I got to the lab 6 minutes before they close, hours are listed on a paper issue the door that they close at 5:00. They locked their doors by at least 4:54. Took off with early and wasted 45 minutes of my day. Ridiculous.
Do not use!! Place is a scam. Paid for at home COVID test kit/mailed it in and never got results back. Customer service impossible to deal with and will just bounce you around until you give up. Company looking for easy insurance money. Do not use!!
If you work for Labcorp and you accept a position but then change your mind before you vacate your position do you still have to leave? You have not signed any paperwork, just a verbal yes. I don’t like having to be forced to accept a position.

The actual blood draw was fine but after 2 1/2 weeks my doctor had still not received the results. I left 2 messages aat the lab and got no responses.
