Seems almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to make appointments. Waited over 40 minutes on hold for someone to answer. Eventually I waited so long for someone to answer that the office closed and I couldn’t get through and finally just hung up.
The doctors are great but their customer service is horrible! Nobody is ever at the front desk and when you call you will wait on hold for an average of 20-30 min or longer. One time I called starting at 330pm to 430pm and they closed and I never got to speak to anyone. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

First time the coordinator was about 20 min late, second time machines went down and we were told go home, 3rd times a charm because I am still waiting and it’s been about 45 minutes past. Going to probably try to schedule the home study next time, that way I can’t be late.

Received sleep study results replete with analysis, recommendations, a follow-on test, and referrals as needed. Explained each evaluation and answered all questions in understandable terms. Only issue is the lack of response for new equipment with my CPAP DME provider that is no fault of INS.
