I went for annual health checkup which insurance cover but these guys messed up my billing. Took me multiple visits to get it corrected.

Family member is about to running out of medicine. I called 3 time to have the prescription faxed to a pharmacy so that we can have a refill. However, nothing happened after 3 calls. What a joke!
Nobody picks the calls at the reception and don’t respond to voice mail in lots of cases.
Pharmacy calls for clarifications on prescriptions and nobody responds back!
I am with Interlake since 2010 but for last almost 2 years, I always have to wait for 25- 30 minutes to get my appointment at least and Dr. Mitra is always in rush. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore if you are visiting Dr. Mitra.
I have seen Dr Joseph as my primary doctor for about 20 years. She is great and always allows time to fully discuss any issues.
I visited 3 times. Even after having an appointment I used to wait 1 hour to meet the doctor. Nobody attends the call if you wanna book appointment unless you called several times (you are lucky if the call is picked).
Dr. John Yam has been my primary physician for close to 30 years, from infancy onward. He’s always been excellent, and I am a fan of Interlake. VISA/MC only, no Discover or AmEx.
I had a bad experience. Be very careful if you are going for a preventive annual checkup, How much ever careful you are, you will be getting a bill after a month which will be not covered by insurance. People over phone are not polite.

You can always trust Google rating before deciding to visit this private clinic. Inefficient care, arrogant staff, and no EHR, which means it’s much harder for you to track your cares. No EHR also means they will try to use weird ways to bill you. Stop using their service, and try to find cares from larger ones.
