Great staff. Had to get blood drawn for daughter. She had difficult veins, so they had different staff members help with it. All the while making her feel comfortable.
The staff are courteous and efficient. Getting my blood drawn here is a breeze, and I’m always in and out of the door quickly for any testing. I’ve never had any problems with this company. …
Worst lab experience EVER!!! Will never go back! Is there another lab i can use? Terrible customer service!!!! I just left and I’m telling my Dr I’d rather drive 100 miles than go back there again!!!
I have been going there for over 5 years now. They have always been polite and courteous with me. Most of the time I am taken back within 5 minutes. My veins are a bit difficult to find, but they have always been able to find them.
Usually has same day results to my doctor when needed, but not always. Will not release my results to me when they are finished, they tell you they have to hold them 24 hours even though other interpath locations don’t have that rule, nor do other clinics in oregon have that rule, only the one in Pendleton.
Such nice staff!!! Always in and out fast with no hassle!
