  1. Worst possible bank ever. Every time I go there it takes 30 mins in Drive thru when no one else is there. I get the run around or they tell me their system is down. Save yourself a headache and go to another InTouch bank.

  2. The ITCU officer, Jon Powell, was so gracious enough and prompt in clarifying a point mentioned in an email regarding an “alert” on my SS number.

  4. My experience has not been good as when I sent requests over email and never get any follow up on the request. I have to constantly check back on the status to see if the request has been taken care of or not.

  6. We travel and live, usually not where there is a walk-in branch, but for the last 25 years we have done all our banking with InTouch without skipping a beat. Who needs a local branch when you have mobile banking!

  11. The person in Nevada who called me sent forms for me to sign to open a new checking and savings account by email. The attached forms were sent by normal email and included my name, address, and SSN. These forms should have been sent by snail mail or at least secure email which was available.
