Very disrespectful people. The absolute worst I have ever dealt with professionally. They have no regard for customer service and despite their mission statement and website service statements, the “non profit” company seems to be entirely about the profits with no respect to the customers who make those profits possible.
Drive thru needs to have a card reader that takes both debit and credit. Don’t know why they take only crebit now. If you can have one that takes both for inside then there is no reason to only take credit at the drive thru. Its irritating and an inconvenience to your customers but yet is a simple and easy fix!
Worst customer service ever! We had purchased a home and found a leak, called and asked where our meter was located and was told that is not our job to locate your meter…..UM…OK, come to find out it was in our neighbor’s front yard! How are they reading my water usage if they don’t know where my meter is?
They know there a monopoly and don’t care about customers.. They will come and take your meter without so much as a call or letter and then want $250 to put it back.. Money is tight right now and they don’t care at all.. Energy united is also a.monopoly but at least they work out payment plans during the pandemic..

I have called several times about our water and don’t get anywhere. I was told we are on a loop and they cannot flush our water lines, which I don’t believe. Last call about a month ago and our water is even worse now. Did the manager call me back, nope! Next call EPA.
Danny, the manager, was very quick to respond to a voicemail I left regarding a water outage problem we experienced recently. He called back to apologize and to explain the reason for the outage. He also told me where I could sign up for alerts in the event of future issues. He was very friendly and helpful. Good customer service!
