Good customer service 😃 …
Nice view, hidden gem
I got my fill of water at the fill station
Great time works, best of luck
Smooth online autopay
horrible rip off “service rate”…then u get chlorine water that you cant drink…its blue tinted..eats copper pipes…
Everytime I call it takes at least 10 mins for anyone to answer. Making a payment online is almost impossible.
Beautiful building. Very zen vibe to it. Off Sand Canyon and Waterworks. There is a Chipotle and 711 near by. And post office.
Seems IRWD has a hard time getting the bill right. They mis-read the meter and then charge you a penalty for excessive water use. It happened twice in less than 2 years.
Very frustrating to deal with them. They were suppose to raise an sewer access point to the street level three months ago. Nothing has happened. After pressing bunch of ones and zeros, finally you get hold of an operator in sewer …
Ridiculously irresponsible. Instead of sending out a notice to customers months in advance of the payment system change, IRWD sends out an email on 2/04/21 informing customers that recurring/auto-payments a week BEFORE, starting 1/28/21 are …
This company’s website seems to be stuck in the 1970’s. I’ve never had so many problems trying to create an online account in my life. Oh well I guess I will just find an envelope a stamp to pay this bill again. Our bill didn’t even come with a return envelope. Lol pretty funny
This is a great place for many reasons. The campus is awesome with great landscaping and architecture with many eco-friendly and water smart features. Also plenty of parking. But what makes it even better are the people working there. Friendly and professional people ready to help with whatever is needed.
This institution has the worst service in the whole entire world.. makes you disparate to pay your over phone..
There is a bad leakage in my apartment and I have been calling the rental office, as well as irvine water ranch, I left messages for both of them, no one even bothered to come and take a look. They sent a bill for over $5000 for a 2 bedroom apartment. How is it possible that they don’t know is a 2 bedroom apartment not a factory?
