Pickup on Wednesday afternoon is inconvenient for us. We don’t use the service every week. Yesterday, missed the pickup which has happened several times.

Garbage pick ups are regularly missed and phone calls requesting resolution are not returned. Very disappointed with this service and tired of being at the mercy of a monopoly business that is run out of Texas.
We’ve used them for perhaps ten years already. Never once had a negative issue. They have been so consistent we literally forget they provide the service, other than our mini-dumpster is empty every Monday morning.

Island Disposal is my regular weekly household waste removal service. I needed to change something about my service and sent an email via their website. I received the change and an email confirmation on the very next business morning. As with other communications in the past, they are quickly responsive, courteous and thorough.

Our household trash collection service is dependable, courteous and consistent. This is in spite of the fact that frequently we see one person driving the truck and getting out to empty our bin and getting back in the truck to move to the next house. Today is one of those days. I have trash service and had a construction dumpster brought to the house. Their customer service reps are some of the most consistently nice folks I’ve ever interacted with. Calls get answered very promptly, and there’s always a nice person on the other end of the line. Seriously good folks.
