One of the most inept banking agencies I’ve ever worked with. Can’t get payments posed in a timely manner. Hold you payments till past due and then want to charge you for their deliberate manipulation of your accounts.
On the phone talking to a teller and he does not know products or the way things work I was going to open an account but I better it will just upset me in the end!!
So ITHINK financial is being greedy in the middle of a pandemic, they charge me 6 overdraft fee of 32 dollars each on total of 192 dollars in ONE day and when I called to get some assistance, someone by the name of Giovanni called me back …
During the pandemic they acted like they understood and offered to defer your mortgage payments for 3 months and add it on the end of your loan. Before the 1st month even came around, they changed their minds and said you had to pay all 3 months on the third month, not at the end as stated earlier. Stay away!!!!!
