They never pick up all the trash, have ruined 3 of my garbage cans. 2 weeks in a row they’ve left garbage bags. Horrible company and horrible customer service.

They have never left a mess or damaged my trash cans and I can rely on the fact that they will arrive the same time every week. Fair, dependable and punctual. What more could you ask for?
Im updating from 1 star bcuz after a few years its gotten better… I haven’t had to buy a bunch of new trash cans… The guys grab all the boxes…

One pickup day, an animal had gotten into a bag of trash and strewn it in the ditch. These guys picked it all up out of the water and mud so I didn’t have to. I will forever be grateful for that.

Just stopped picking up the trash, when I called the first time they said sorry we made a mistake. Second time they said they didn’t receive the payment that should have been forwarded from the take over of our old trash route. So instead of calling mailing a bill or explaining that to me they just stop picking up entirely.

Everything was fine until SURPRISE I suddenly have an additional $3 fuel surcharge fee added to my invoice without notice. NOTE: gas is $3 now and it was up to $5 without any “fuel surcharge” fees all year long. Apparently it costs a gallon of gas to go from my neighbors (100ft away) to my house.
