Illegally withdrew money from my account to pay for another customers account. When I called to ask them why they did that and request a refund they were rude and kept lying to me saying they were going to return it. Over four weeks now still no refund. I have contacted my attorney and they are handling it from here.

Over all decent service, not always clear on the holiday pick up, and have missed more than 1 pick up over the years. Price has increased a bit more over the 6 years of service than I think is reasonable. May be a bit fee happy with things surcharge $ can fee. for the area not sure there’s a lot of choices.

I have been using J&J for about 10 years and they are very reliable and their price is reasonable. They just implemented a new email notification system which advises its customer when a holiday will be observed and when customers will receive their next trash removal–I love this!!

During COVID this company was there for us, we had closed our doors to the public, but they still supported us by taking away the small amount of trash and recycling we had. Even now, something as simple as a broken trash bin cover was assessed and replaced to keep out the rain and the critters. We highly recommend them.
