43 yr Customer. Service this year is worse than any issues we had in the first 42 yrs. Simply they are constantly not picking up the trash and when we call they say “we’ll try to get somebody out tomorrow” but never happens.
I have witnessed them picking up our recycling with the regular trash, and when I attempted to ask questions numerous times, they eventually said that they do not recycle. It didn’t start out this way, but now all of the recycling and trash go into the same truck. And yet their website maintains that they have a recycling program.
