They call to switch the date of procedures and then call back to change it back. Claiming they never called. No answers or results provided only more costly procedures.
This was a great place. The nurse practioner, Johnna is amazing.
Awful. Was supposed to get results the next day; it took a MONTH. These Drs make it clear they do not care about their patients. And I’m pretty sure they didn’t give accurate results anyway. Waste of time.
My husbands paperwork said to be here at 6:30 and they even called him last week to verify the date and time to have his colonoscopy done. Very unprofessional

Office needs practice management help. No one answers phone calls. Pts are placed with a nurse practioner vs seeing the dr. Seems as there are always new faces at office and new staff that are not familar with office policy. Of course, if you are from a drs office they answer that line. $$$
I would never recommend. They shove samples down your throat that don’t work. They will NOT work with you. They refused medical care including triaging over a balance. Super rude when scheduling appointments. Can not self pay for appointments.
When I went here the nurse practitioner was so rude and humiliating to me that I for the first time in my life felt I needed to discuss it with the administrator. Apparently they care so little that they refused to speak with me. I will continue to what needs to be done to file a complaint. People should not be treated this way!
I have been seeing Dr Namin for years and now my husband and son are seeing doctors in this practice. Great care and time spent with patients. I gave always felt able to discuss any issues with the docits and NP even with the subject not being one of the easiest to discuss. Thank you!!
DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is horrible, the doctors are terrible, I’m not sure why the city hasn’t shut this place down. I received absolutely no help, staff NEVER picks up and never calls back. Once they have your money it’s over, you’re dead to them.

The service I received was superb. Staff were polite, professional and took time to explain procedures clearly. Time was taken to double-check the details and go over my prep instructions. I will absolutely use the clinic again and would have no hesitation in recommending them!
