They are terrible. You pay your bill on the only site it lets you go to and they still shut you off due to thier incompetent staff. The women that work thier are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever met.
Rude!!!! When a simple question is asked you are treated like you are ignorant. Be great if the city could send these women to a customer service class. If I was the manager I would be quite ashamed of how they treat their CUSTOMERS who are the reason they have a job in the first place!

Water was just shut off with an up to date bill in the mail the exact same day, no payment due for another month and of course it’s right at closing time and no one is there to answer
Called in asking about a new connection on some land we bought. The lady that answered the phone was helpful, she could not offer me with a direct answer BUT helped me find the answer. Good customer service!
