  2. When their systems are down, you have no way of access your information via online or through phone. When you try to call customer service, they cant even access information. How do they expect customers to pay their bills. Not good customer service.

  5. Quick to get the power back on after a storm and customer service is good every time I have called or went in. They were great about helping us change the power into our name after my father passed away.

  6. Highly efficient and friendly. Not only do I have them for my personal power service but as a local realtor I am constantly having to refer my new clients to their staff to setup service. Not once have I heard anything negative about the customer service my clients have received.

  17. I love Jackson EMC. We’ve been member customers in Athens 2017 and they have come to help me remove several trees at risk to my lines at no cost to me, plus the refund/profit sharing checks each year are a nice benefit. It’s a great business model and service is relatively and friendly.
