The office staff is very very rude! It took them 2 days to get back to me regarding getting an order for a preventative Mamogram. There is a history of Breast Cancer in my family. The staff that called me was very dismissive and hung up on me. I will never return.

I have been using Jackson Family Practice for almost 24 years now and have nothing but good experiences to talk about. The doctors are extremely attentive and knowledgeable and I haven’t had to worry about a misdiagnosis like I did with a previous local firm.

This office is simply wonderful. The know how to work with your insurance and are upfront about cost. When you need to be seen quickly they make it happen. I have called several times very ill and they squeezed me in just so I could be seen. A+
