Overly complicated/archaic system to set up sewage and transfer accounts. Why not just have the sewage combined with water bill like they do in other cities?
Sad trash service
This agency does not help their customers and they are very rude old ladies that work in the office. So much change needs to be done in this office. They are sooo rude.. Hate dealing with them
They need to do better they don’t send out bills when your bill is due but they send delinquent notifications wanting you to pay it off in two days
Have had a positive experience with service from this office. Was able to get an issue resolved quickly after speaking with one of the employees.
I come from up north where the only thing the city would pick up is the trash cans. The bulk pickup service offered by JIPSD is nothing short of amazing. These guys pickup nearly everything and do it every time. Very friendly and courteous, all you have to do is follow the directions the put out and no problems! Keep up the good work!

Our streets trash has been out on the street for 3 days now…not sure why it hasn’t been picked up because it’s not a holiday and I’m paying my bills…
Pretty inconsistent with recycling service. Will bill once and immediately begins collector calls and adding fees. Does not give sufficient notice of when the first bill will come, or allow an online account setup before sending the first bill several months after service begins.
Outstanding customer service! Set up a new account with Sandra & got help from Mindy when paying a few weeks later! Always friendly and they go above & beyond. Love being in this district.
