Good water .Never had a problem with the company. Its easy. Pay your bill & have water. HIGH PRICES ARE THE BIGGEST ISSUE
They just aching to shut you off so they can collect the 50$ fee. Can’t miss one payment they will shut you off. My debit card was stolen but they dont care.
Have never had any major problems. They are easy to get hold of and you can pay on line, in person or by telephone at Southern Bank Corp in Bismarck. Pay your bill when due and all will be ok.
Worst utility company I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is a joke. They don’t care about their customers. If you are moving in the area I am so sorry that you will have to deal with such a terrible company. I highly recommended moving just out of their zone. It will be so much better then dealing with them.
Impossible to get on the phone. Busy signal is all you’ll get from open to close, Monday through Friday.
