LOWEST OF THE LOW. Hit by an Uber driver on my bicycle. Nearly killed. Driver admitted fault and these scum denied the claim. Figuring out how to file a class action criminal suit.
Biased, extremely slow adjuster took a month to award inadequate fault, during which she inaccurately recorded my information, took days to return my calls, and demonstrated a concern for nothing other than minimizing her company’s pay-out. Steer clear if at all possible.
