  1. this place is a joke.. some body is to have a EEG and a MRI done after having be sent to the ER and are sent these orders from the dr at mayo and they send to patient home are you kidding me.. just had a brain tumor removed you morons…!

  2. Horrible. It’s so sad that this community is served so poorly without any other options. I Would say Doctor S. has disdain for his patients, but he couldn’t even be bothered too care that much. Disgraceful.

  3. Awfully understaffed. Traumatized-PTSD from the care I had from the nurses. Dr. was awful as well but he wasn’t employed by the hospital so I won’t say anymore about him. Awful experience.

  4. Waited 3 1/2 hours in the waiting room for an xray for my son. Would be nice if they could have told me so we could have eaten lunch or something.

  5. Nursing staff does not keep information confidential from outside the facility. Unfortunate for friends and family to find out about medical information before the patient can tell them.

  6. The best thing jamestown regional can do is give you aspirin. If you have a serious condition you will be air lifted to fargo. Other than that, jrmc is not were you want to be. “Horrible” is the label I’ll give to jrmc. You go there to be sent elsewhere or to die.

  7. Fiancee got glass and hand and thought hand was broken. Waited 30 minutes on a non busy day and physician came in and rubbed the glass further in her hand. Then told her nothing they could do and sent her home. Will be going to a different hospital from now on. Jamestown is the new deadcenter one.

  8. Still the most worthless ER in the country. The staff are taught 2 phrases…”it should just be a few more minutes” and “I’ll check. 4 hours later, still waiting for a damn tylenol for pain! Now they’re saying the dr upstairs can give …

  9. Yeah.. if you plan on spending almost a thousand dollars for the worst health care in the entire country go ahead.. I just went in there after being diagnosed with slip disc with pain so bad I was puking. Dr Mathewson i believe his name …

  10. Dr. Skari was amazing. I’ve lived in big cities where healthcare was always readily available but the services I received while there was great! Thanks to the nursing staff you were awesome!!

  11. I went here to get my cauliflower ear drained, spent 5 hours sitting in the er for them to send me home saying there is nothing they can do. Billed me $311 for me to go home get my own needle and drain it myself. Like everyone else says, this hospital is a joke.

  12. Went here today after I unintentionally tried to cut my finger off. Obviously went to the ER, nurses were top shelf. Big shoutout to Rachel! Thanks . Doc was great, got treated and sent on my way . Thanks again!

  13. My family and I have always received great care here – whether we’ve been in the clinic, ER, or family birthplace – we were treated by caring and competent professionals! Jamestown is lucky to have all of these services locally.

  14. Took my boyfriend to Emergency Room and the doctor didn’t even have to decency to come into the room to examine him! He stood out in the hallway with his arms crossed and said “What’s wrong?” We tried to explain to him why my boyfriend was …

  15. Dr. Erickson and the OB nurses took excellent care of me when I had my baby girl in June. Thank you for the amazing care that was taken of me and my baby. You are all awesome!!

  16. Dr. Volk wrecked my knee. The pain increased about 3 times as much from before surgery. When I mentioned it to him 2 months after surgery, he said I need to get used to knee pain. What??!! That’s not what he said before surgery. And …

  17. Our 12 year old son had to have a minor surgery to diagnose an issue and the Surgical and Urology staff were nothing short of fantastic. Our son felt so at ease. He had surgery on a Friday and the diagnosis indicated a rare situation which …

  18. Absolutely loved my stay here. I was treated with the upmost respect from the time I walked into the emergency room to the time I was admitted and left the hospital. The doctors that did my c-section were very helping, caring, and …

  19. Very Nice Patient Care. Friendly Receptionists, Nurses, Laboratory Assistant and Doctor Skari all of them are Great. I was treated with Love, Kindness, Respect and A Positive Attitude by everyone. Thank You JRMC.

  20. The receptionists were extremely rude to me and my fiancé. The care that was needed and ordered by the doctor wasn’t given by the nurse there which made for a very uncomfortable rest of the night. Doctor ordered meds weren’t given and no …

  21. I’m in town for a week to visit my small children and their mother went out of town. I was Hurt while there and I dont Know anyone and had to use the ER. The staff and dr were amazing! Rachel was our nurse and Dr Diehl. My boys are 5 and 9 …

  22. I was out of town for an appointment and had hurt my ankle the day prior. I came to JRMC because all the walk in clinics were closed. The ER staff had treated my daughter and I with such respect and care than I have ever recieved in my …

  23. Requested continual care for my son’s fractured wrist (cast removal). They said I had to go back to Fargo where he was originally seen for a simple buckle fracture. We only went to Fargo to begin with since JRMC couldn’t get him in right …

  24. JRMC is a great healthcare facility to have in Jamestown. There are some areas that could be improved. When going to the emergency room after typical business hours have ended, it would be great to have an OnCall doctor for services that …

  25. AVOID AT ALL COST! If I were dying I would bank my chance on going to Fargo or Bismarck. Nurses are overpaid and under deliver, press the call button and find out it can take 30 minutes for a nurse to check on you, maybe longer on a really …

  26. My son was injured in a football game, not serious enough for an ED visit, but needed to be evaluated. I was able to get him in the next day with the JRMC Orthopedic department for a free injury screening. A very thorough evaluation was …
