.day 1 with REMC and iv been lied to and told i dont matter over the phone. people are rude on the phone. they told me we had service on the new house i bought. they lied and now i have to wait 3 days to get service because someone cant flip a switch on their end. bad company. never had this issue with nipsco.
Repetetive power losses whenever it rains hard. Antiquated equipment? Cannot contact REMC to get a live update on power losses and estimate of service return.

No one answers the phone for an outage.
Excellent service. Whenever there is an outage they are on it and usually repaired within an hour, unless it’s a weather related outage such as ice.
