These folks are very hard to deal with. I have had conversations on two different occasions, trying to learn about the billing and insurance, and they have been extremely rude. If I could find another provider for my equipment, I will be changing.
I don’t know if this place got new owners or what but they are horrible to deal with now. Every time I call for cpap supplies all I get is an answering machine and they never return my calls or if they do it’s a week later.
