Children DO NOT have to be vaccinated to attend public school!! (licensed daycares, charter and public schools and public universities) It is not illegal!
I was BULLIED, they were trying to vaccinate my sick child! I was constantly bullied by the doctor’s and nurses, they were pressuring me to vaccinate. My child was almost killed by a vaccine in the past. I found another doctor.
We love them, they are so good with my kids and my little girl with DS .
I like it because they have meant locations that you can go . And the after hours calling ..
I have been going to Jeffers and Mann for 9 years. The doctors are great, but the staff is not organized. Every time I go for a well check or a sick visit, I have to wait 45 minutes. I think they over book patients.
Super friendly and knowledgeable doctors and nurses. Always take the time for my children and very proactive when needed. Respectful of my time too, minimal waiting time.
Raleigh’s front office staff still sucks but the providers and nursing staff are awesome. The nurses are very responsive when you leave a message on the nurse line. It’s a great practice with multiple offices.
These are the worst PTs in Raleigh if you go there for a regular checkup for your child you’ll need to answer more then a100 question in their chadis form for each child , and then you and your child have to answer a million questions …
So thankful for this office. Great pediatrician, very caring nursing and doctors. Lactation consultants were so helpful with out newborn! Highly recommend.
I literally never write reviews and while we have been with Jeffers, Mann, and Artman since 2010 and always been satisfied, tonight I truly experienced their best in care. Our son has been dealing with some unexplained health issues for …
My sons are patients at the Cary office of Jeffers, Mann, and Artman, and we have had a great experience with all the doctors and nurses and entire staff. We’ve been patients now for 5.5 years (since my 1st son was born)- Dr Artman came to …
Do not use this practice. We gave birth to our first born – the on call doctor was Dr. Chhotani. The hospital could not discharge us because Dr. Chhotani was at a sporting event with no access to phone or a computer. He was the only …
We’ve been going to Jeffers Mann for six years and have two children under 8. We love it here. We’ve gotten to know almost all of the doctors at our location (Raleigh). They are so responsive to any concerns. During business hours, you can …
I was introduced the practice 14 years ago when a friend worked there. My nephew who is now 13 still goes and is a fan of Doctor Harriot and Dr. Sutton. My son who is a year goes to the practice as well. I have been to the Raleigh, …

The doctors are fine, but the staff does not seem to have their act together. I’ve had too many instances of long waits, and having to return because they scheduled her shots too early. One time we were in the waiting area for 40 minutes …
I’ve been bringing my twin boys here since 2008, when they were released from the hospital after being born very prematurely. They have received amazing care from every single doctor, nurse and PA – and the kindest treatment from front office staff. They are the best pediatrician practice in the area.
I have two children under 6, and we love it there. We have seen many of the different doctors, PA’s and nurses. Not all doctors are going to be the same – we definitely have our favorites, but that’s the beauty of going to a place with …
Very caring staff, nurses, and doctors. Very accommodating with appointments, especially when urgent. We’re always able to get an appointment quickly for our toddler. They also have a nurse line which has been extremely helpful! We go to the Raleigh location.
JMA have amazing providers and staff. I love that there is a nurse to answer questions in the evenings, and they have weekend hours so we do not have to go to urgent cares. We’ve been patients for 16 years and we have no complaints.
We had our first visit today for our 12 year old son. Outstanding friendly staff from the front to the back !! Dr Alexander was OUTSTANDINGLY THOROUGH!! We are so happy we made the switch !! Haley our Nurse was perky friendly and great!! …
Making a scared 5-year-old wait an hour for one vaccine is unacceptable. Paperwork is never prepared. Basically, your children are just a number to them.
If you are at all vaccine hesitant, do not trust this provider. I clearly expressed a desire to administer only one vaccine at a time to my newborn. I asked the nurse to recommend the first vaccine. It was indeed one shot, but it was a …
So happy to call this place our primary pediatrician. Every encounter on the phone and in person has been pleasant and without a hitch. I love that Dr. Degele takes the time to get eye level with my daughter and ask questions about school …
We stumbled onto this practice shortly after relocating to Raleigh in July 2015. I have a teenager with special needs and an elementary school aged child. I can not say enough good things about this practice. We rarely see the same provider …
Jeffers, Mann and Artman are the best. Dr. Mann is amazing. I respect the fact that he speaks with my son and asks him the questions, and I chime in when more detail is required. He makes your child really advocates for the child to speak …
For over 3 years, the doctors, especially Dr. Julie Clark have been amazing with my autistic son. The front desk staff snd nurses are amazing as well! Highly recommend. Sometimes, we wait a little bit yet we get the time we need for our visit.
My daughter has been a patient for about a year and the practice has great doctors for wellness visits. However, we had a very negative experience trying to get urgent care there…their weekend sick clinic appointment line had such poor …
Kelly Werner is an absolute gift. She is who we usually see and every time she reminds me that we’ve made a good choice. My toddler was having a rough time and she worked so well with him and did everything to make sure that he was …
Took them 45 min to pick up phone so I could get my son an appt and I called exactly 8:00 when they opened. I don’t care how busy they claim to be, it’s unacceptable.
Best pediatrician, my daughter has been seeing Dr. Dailey her whole life. We love her and she it the best. Even when we have to see someone else, they are all amazing.
We like our pediatrician well enough. BUT, be prepared for a long wait & appointment! We are always at the Clayton office for at least an hour and a half. The office staff isn’t overly friendly & going back for your actual appointment can take a while. May switch doctors offices.
So far the practice is not terrible however be mindful of which doctor you use. We had an appointment for my 5 month old son and Dr Alexander did not even introduce herself when she entered the room, and called my son a “her”. Just a “go …

my doctor was 25 minutes late to my telehealth appointment
Children DO NOT have to be vaccinated to attend public school!! (licensed daycares, charter and public schools and public universities) It is not illegal!
We’ve been taking our son there for the past five years and have been happy, both with the doctors and with the admin.
My daughter has been coming here since she was a newborn. Always the best customer service and care.
Not LGBTQ friendly. You will never see the same doctor twice and mostly just nurse practitioners.
I was BULLIED, they were trying to vaccinate my sick child! I was constantly bullied by the doctor’s and nurses, they were pressuring me to vaccinate. My child was almost killed by a vaccine in the past. I found another doctor.
We love the drive thru flu clinic! So fast and easy!!
We love them, they are so good with my kids and my little girl with DS .

Good staff and doctors. Horrendous wait times.
The COVID-19 vaccine process was quick, efficient and easy! Thank you JMA Pediatrics!!
Their drive thru flu clinic is the best thing ever. So easy, quick and less intimidating for the kids
I love how they care and follow up for my daughter.
This practice of pediatritians is really warm. The doctors we have seen show care and are very respectful.
