Terrible customer service. Terrible.
No on ever answers the phone. Why do they even have one?
My phone conversation was great! And I was helped.
Great service ,highly organized and reliable utilities
Our power is always out. Join the 21st century and put our lines underground.
They don’t care if they have bad service. They are the only option in the area. Glad I moved away.
Thank you for keeping the lights on. You are saving those of us with electric heat! Great job.
The commissioner is rude and incompetent.
i would not buy service from them unless they were only game in town, customer service is horrible and they have attitudes. good luck getting your deposit back
Extremely rude service at the 4 corners location. A line of people waiting for a half hour while the only person at the counter stays on a phone call discussing every facet of someone’s power usage, glaring at the people in line.
Same with my property. I alerted PUD and the city I’d be out of the country. The city contacted me by email of an issue, but not PUD – they just cut off everything. What era is this? I lost all the salmon in my freezer.
Power almost always out here in Gardiner, long after power is restored in the rest of the count. Fed up after years of this.
Power outage reports are not acknowledged. Web questions are not answered or readily identified as answered. Office personell are great!! in providing answers and service when at office hours!
Power goes out here in Gardiner very frequently and it is usually a long wait for power restoration. It’s time to update your equipment and invest in prevention don’t you think?
I called Jeffco PUD to question why our electric budget billing has continued to increase over the last few years. Ashley was very helpful to send me our usage over the last several years so I could compare. It seems it increased because …
These folks work tirelessly to keep our heat and lights on during weather conditions that are BRUTAL! The repair folks risk their lives climbing trees, removing power lines. Great job! Thank you one and all! Customer service is friendly and professional. They are the best around!
Can’t thank PUD enough. While we are in our warm homes, they are out 24/7 in worst weather conditions getting power back to us. They are efficient and fast. Office staff always professional and polite when calling in for a question. Thanks to all – you are appreciated.
Basically the worst institutional service I’ve ever encountered. First, they have the rudest customer service people, literally laughing in the background at straight forward questions. To boot these people aren’t even able to help half the …
They do not have systems in place to handle customer service during outages. With PSE we could call 24/7 and get up to date information about the outage as well as progress reports and estimated time of restoration. The PUD does not do …
in the last 3 months, there have been at least 9 power outages. When they’re scheduled outages, PUD makes no effort to inform anyone who will be affected by it beforehand. We’ve lost power more times in the last three months than I can …
Power was shut off for non payment with no prior notice while I was at work. No notice in the mail for overdue payments and no notice on the door before they shut it off. Because I work normal hours like most people and get home at 5pm …
Because I installed my own ‘D.I.Y’ heat pump (mini split) they will not allow me to claim the rebate I need without paying a fortune to get it certified installed even though it does not need that as it is a certified D.I.Y UNIT. …
Have had 9 outages so far this year. Mostly all due to trees not be cut away from power lines. After hour people who answer phones extremely rude. Have requested call back when power is restored through their automated phone updates Have …
Seeing the linemen out working in the harshest of weather to keep us comfortable and safe in our homes makes them top notch people in my book. I’ve heard people complain because their power was out for some length of time, but do they …

Took months to resolve simple billing problem. Couldn’t figure out which address was which. Been here 6 months and power has gone out 10 times. Sometimes for …
11/6: called PUD and told customer service we still had power cables in the road and asked for ETA of crew. She told me to reset breaker because we should have power now….speechless, I simply hung up.🤣😖 …
4th day of no power. Water towers are still without power. Can’t contact as we have to use the phone # in their records. Lucky if u live in the city, low priority if u live in the county.
The linemen do a great job of mitigating all the outages that happen in Jefferson County. …
There have been power outages in Washington for many, many years because of trees. If something happens on a regular basis, you should try to rectify the problem. Paradise, Ca is placing all utilities underground. Washington state should …
