Jefferson Davis Electric Reviews ( 14 )

  1. Power went out due to construction in my area, crew came out at 8:30pm and worked until midnight to restore power. They even called me to let me know the power was back on.

  2. Unattractive and rude workers. Subpar service. I’m considering moving just to be on somebody else’s energy. I’d rather have my power come from 1000 hamsters running on hamster balls.

  3. JDEC is the least helpful, worst provider I’ve ever had, they never give a good reason when we lose power, never explain anything, and don’t care about their customers. If I could switch to another provider, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Zero stars if that was an option.

  4. Not very accommodating for people on disablity, like us military vets that get paid on the 1st. Wont waive any late fees, wont change my payment date so its easier when my disability comes in so i dont owe late fees. No workability. I …

  5. JDEC has always provided our community with the best service. Rain, sleet, snow or hurricanes, these men and women are putting their lives on the (literal) line to provide us our comfort and safety. If we have power outages, they’re are …

  7. Only option here, but haven’t had any problems. Power is going to go out occasionally during severe weather everywhere, and deregulation gets us what just happened to Texas. JDEC has been nothing but professional. …

  8. Things were getting better after 2020 hurricanes. But back to where we started. Blackouts. I believe we actually live in California with black/brown outs continually. It most definitely is not the employees possibly a management problem.
