Jefferson Healthcare (WA) Reviews ( 69 )

  1. 2… Just left the dermatologist clinic 12/15/22. It was recommended by my optometrist that I go… Dr. Claire Haycox sat me down put both hands on her hips and preceded to speak/ yell extremely harsh and loud over me. As soon as I asked …

  2. I have had nothing but great care here and I am an RN myself!
I have worked in 5 states over 24 years and these professionals are as good as any, anywhere…and the kindest I have ever gotten care from.

  3. Wouldn’t even give one star. Called to see if they would be able to see me if I drove all the way there or if I’d be washing my time, they told me they couldn’t tell me that over the phone I would have to come in.

  4. I get a mask check, I sign in & WAIT for the sign in desk calls my name……asked same questions, I scribble my name on a pad…..the I WAIT again for………

  5. I do NOT recommend having a baby at this hospital unless you enjoy being talked to and treated like a complete moron, LD staff are rude and very unprofessional. I would honestly rather give birth in the parking lot then deal with their attitudes.

  6. I have had great experiences with the Jefferson Healthcare Network. The check-in is always easy and my appointments have been on time and all of the people have been very professional.

  7. “Dr” gave me the wrong test results. I walked in after a fall explaining I needed to know if I broke anything. After being given a CT scan with no insurance they told me everything was fine only to find out on my chart days later I wasn’t

  8. Horrible experience everytime, sent my 2 year old son home with a tibia cracked in half. Said he was fine. Anyone who goes to the ER here is lucky to survive, drive to Silverdale.

  9. Seen at express clinic. Everyone was nice. It was packed, as is any ER place on a Monday or Friday would be. They have pagers so I was able to sit in my car for some of the wait time.

  10. Beat staff. I was admitted for two weeks and I had the best care I from a warm, caring staff. Oh and by the way the food was phenomenal. I wouldn’t want to be hospitalized again, but, if I have to, it would be Jefferson Medical Center.

  11. Came in after injuring my back at work and was in the waiting room for about 5 hours. Maybe the hospital was short staffed or maybe they were just slammed with patients. Grateful to receive care even if it took a while to be seen.

  12. Everyone I’ve interacted with so far has been very concentrated in taking good care of me. The staff there has the ability to calm my nerves when I’m feeling pensive about my medical treatments and they do it so well!

  13. The er dept needs to pay attention I honestly don’t no how much clearer than I was but missed my symptoms completely from COVID screen and test to a trip to port Angeles for a diagnosis of shingles thanks guys better luck next time

  14. Was once again treated like a junky because i had a backwards hat on. I didnt even WANT to come here. My DR thought she needed another person to figure out why im in pain. Instead I was seen for less then 5 minutes, told to go to physical …

  15. They do not have any protocol to look for power of attorney or advance directives when you go to the emergency room. I have filed a complaint with them and the Department of Health, as a friend was put in a horrible state due to their lack …

  16. At midnight on a Saturday I fractured my ankle at a nearby campground. I was taken to Jeff HC and was in surgery within 8 hours, which I later learned was unusually quick for an injury like mine. During my two night stay I felt …

  17. Long story short: was told to come here for a doctors note: went against my better judgement. Wasn’t told I couldn’t come in for a note and was checked in just fine, the nurse said nothing at first, still assumed it was fine even though it …

  18. I was born in this hospital 44 years ago and have been treated here my entire life. The service in tha past 5-10 years has become intolerably bad. Too much spent on fancy facilities and administration while sacrificing quality of service. …

  19. Fast professional care from the moment we walked in and began our interaction. The level of care is remarkable with all staff highly trained and skilled. I remain impressed and thankful I have these medical professionals and facility close by in case of emergency.

  20. Sorry folks, if you are looking for compassion and empathy from anyone that works here you will not find it here.. it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know how uncaring and indifferent these workers are., it would be a blessing if one day …

  28. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. While visiting PT, I needed care. The Express Clinic met my needs with respect, professionalism, kindness, and lots of smiles. The nurse (short grey hair and glasses), the receptionist, and the RNNP, Amy Grace, were kind and supportive. My needs were met.

  29. I cannot believe how this hospital can spend so much money expanding while being by far the worst experience of my entire life. Some of the doctors are okay but when I had surgery and after i got home and had high fever and called in as I …

  45. Some of the worst and weirdest experiences of my life have happened here. From doctors to specialist. Just unprofessional. And quick to be offended. For asking questions. There are however 3 employees that are great here. But 2 of them are my sisters. One professionial doctor.
