They never answer the phones. I literally called 14 times in a row one day. Said screw it went into the office to make a payment and guess what? Phone was ringing with five employees standing around just telling jokes and talking…..and the water smells like bleach most of the time.

being able to pay online is a good feature. you dont know what you owe unless you have your bill though. I have never used over the minimum of $89 since i have lived there. I always go online on the due date and pay $100 then when I have done that enough that I get a bill for Zero or negative I skip a month.
They buy water from Jennings County and charge everyone in CSL 7 times what it cost them.. I moved outside CSL 10,000 feet away and pay $15 dollars a month ($90-120 a month inside CSL)
