Id give no stars if possible. All they want to do is make money they dont care for their paitents at all. Ill be driving to another hospital from now on.
The only thing I can say good about this facility is it looks nice. The best part was leaving and going to another emergency room where I was treated with respect.
After falling in the bathtub an hitting my head on the side of the tib, I went to the e r the nuses, an receptionist were excellent an compassionate but I’d of got better treatment doctor wise seeing a vet no compassion an treated me like what you doing here you just fell
Came in to get my ear flushed. I came in at 12 am it is now 12:45 am and I’m still in the waiting room. No one has came out to see why I’m here or anything. All I want to do is hear out of my damn ear.
$140 for a sling. Can buy the exact same on Amazon for $15. Would not have taken the sling had I known the price gouging and finding out from the specialist that the sling wasn’t needed.
The staff here actually care. It’s really clean and we got the personal one on one attention not only for patient but family too! Everyone has been super sweet. Definitely recommend.

I felt very at ease with my office visit with Dr. McCarthy and her staff! The Dr. was very knowledgeable and explained my condition in words I understood.

I love Dr McCarthy. She is so nice, very attentive to my needs and you don’t have to wait six months for an appointment. I have recommended her to several of my friends.
Dr.Anderson took his time with me and explained my situation,even drew it out on paper.they nurses staff and nurse helpers were very helpful.The nurse practitioner was very helpful
The Podiatrist and entire Podiatry staff was courteous, efficient, friendly and attentive. I was very pleased with the care rendered. I highly recommend this doctor for any podiatrist issues that you may be experiencing.
Dr McCarthy worked me into a busy schedule and quickly addressed my issue. She was very friendly and informative. She scheduled a follow up visit to ensure my issue was resolved.

Horrible experience. Bags run dry alarms continue to go off and no one comes. Lack of empathy for patients and lack of knowledge of their own policies. Dirty.

There decor is nice and welcoming but they can be a bit more friendly most of them are but not all
They won’t let anyone into the waiting room so you have to stand outside the entire time. Awful place.
I always have a satisfactory experience. Dr.McCarthy listens to my concerns and gives me suggestions.
JCH has come a long way. I had a son get a CT scan recently and I had x-rays as well. They did a fine job.

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at this hospital. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and one of the cleanest hospitals I’ve been in.

Although my shoes and inserts are slow to come, the dr. was very likeable and thorough.
