I was charged for a month of service when in fact I didn’t get service till the last week of the month. I always sent in a few extra dollars & it was never taken off my bill & when my trash can was literally 1 foot closer to my hard they didn’t pick up the trash that week. When I called I was told it wasn’t close enough to the road.
Never had a problem- have been treated courteously every time I’ve called them. We even had an issue of 2 accounts when we first started ( which was my fault) they fixed it immediately and were very nice. Pick up is on time every week.
Only takes checks and money orders. No credit or debit card payments. We skipped often and when I call about it no one calls me back. When I do call it takes a while to get hold of someone. Online payments would make payment alot easier.

Service is frequently delayed and you aren’t contacted on when trash pickup will be next. I called and asked the receptionist when our trash would be picked up and she said she didn’t know. I pay my bill on time so i expect the service to be timely as well!

The garbage collectors broke the wheels on my dumpster, left the pieces scattered on the road and yard, and left the dumpster laying on its side with trash everywhere.
