Faulty equipment. Transformers constantly blowing out. Rude customer service. If there are outages they shut their customer service lines off so they don’t have to take calls.
They have horrible customer service. If you use a password with your account, they can see it, it isn’t secure. So never use the same password with Jo Carroll that you use with anyone else. Backwoods provider that doesn’t keep your information secure.
Terrible customer service policy. I have a rental property and when renter move out I get charged $25 to put electric back in my name, till I have new tennet then they are charged $25 to put in their name.
