I went to the kiosk and paid come to find out that it went to someone elses account and they wont put the money in my account even after providing proof ! I have 2 kids no power and its 88 degrees outside ! This is bull
My electric bill has doubled the last 2 months. They are ripping people off. I have not changed one thing since I moved into my home in September. I don’t understand how my electric bill is so high. I would like some answers.
HORRIBLE Customer service , they don’t care about there customers and the Manger and people in the office don’t care about nothing but money . They don’t care at all . Would never waste my money . I’ve never talked to such rude people in my life . Madison utilities would NEVER !!!

I don’t understand why the power in my area goes out all the time. Everytime it storms, we lose power. But we lose power even when it’s not storming. I’d say on Average we lose power at least once every couple weeks. Considering what this company charges for electricity, we shouldn’t be dealing with so many outages.
