I had many problems with another Flagstaff company and finally switched to Graves. I wish I had done it sooner! They have true customer service and make you feel like your business is important. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have great rates without a bunch of ridiculous add-on fees. I recommend them to anyone in Flagstaff.

Amazing Customer Service! The ladies in the office are professional and courteous. They are also knowledgeable about products and services available.
I am appalled at the treatment my elderly mother was given here. She went to to prepay for propane and was treated so rudely she left in tears. They need to seriously reconsider who they hire for the front desk, we will be taking our business elsewhere. They should be ashamed.
Bad customer service. Make up a excuse to not come out when they are supposed to and gives us hassle when we would call on the phone and see why our tank wasn’t filled. Raised the price without telling us. We switched and couldn’t be happier. Avoid graves if you dont want t be treated like a lower life form.

called march 22 2022 asked for JD he wasn’t in and was told to come in march 23 at 8am and i did then got blown off by everyone and was told to come back after 9 because JD apparently left even though I could hear him talking in the back. Graves has gone down hill in the customer service department.

Great company! Great customer service! Provide allot of services that I was originally unaware of. Valve replacements on cylinders, cylinder recertification, regulators, parts & fittings, appliance conversions and custom hoses. Great options to have if you live on propane.
Very helpful and friendly when we called to see they could accommodate our 40 ft RV and trailer. Lot is large and more than enough room to turn around to access the tank located on the right side as you pull into the lot behind the trees.
