I live on a busy street and more often than not the driver leaves one of the cans in the middle of the driveway rather than off to the side where I put it.
I’ve attempted to get details on home trash service (I live in an area where that isn’t provided by the municipality) three times now and all three times the people taking the call on the main line (1) are not able to help and (2) don’t call back as promised.
Frequently miss our collection. I have to watch over them constantly. To their credit, they do come out and pick up when I complain, which keeps me from giving them one star, but I shouldn’t have to do that. Maybe if I painted the can fluorescent orange or stuck a flag on it…
I’d have to say for moving in somewhere new and for being a first time service of this company they like to make a mess all over my front yard block my driveway so I can’t get out in the morning. I’d rather have somebody else

I don’t know what is going on but you are transferring your customers to my personal landline! Stop doing this! It is extremely annoying as well as very unprofessional on your part!! If it keeps happening I will file harassment charges!

Terrible service, They pick and choose which garbage they want to pick up. The rejected garbage finds it’s way back onto your yard.
