I needed a good reliable Internet, and JOINK has provided it at a very reasonable price. If you are within their area, look into it, you won’t be unhappy.
Seldom any internet. They say it’s my TVs (which are new), they say to unplug and plug and still no internet. Call the help center , they seldom call back. Too bad, I would love to use a local provider.
Trash experience, lived in UV apartments and the internet went out one weekend and they didn’t have a help line or anything to help us contact them. Worst experience with a internet company it’s 2019 have somebody there at all times if you provide internet. Never using them again
Joink has came into my yard where they do not belong, i was supose too have wifi and now they will not call me back or anything too make any of this correct. The most of the people that work for them are mainly rude know it alls…. this company is ignorant and will tell you anything….. stay away
Junk service. luckily I can carry a Wi-Fi hotspot on a postage stamp now that has made this company obsolete. I’m sure they’re going to tell you they’re doing fine but I want you to check in on them in 10 years…

They are a solid company with decent customer service. Sometimes when calling support they will walk through the simple steps of restarting but after the three simple steps they are out of ideas and put you on hold for 35+mins
Have a business. Could not connect to post menus and events. Called and IT guys have day jobs only. No after hours IT support. At least the credit card link works. Don’t go to war with these guys and girls
THE WORST SERVICE EVER. it never connects to my devices and when it says it is connected to my devices it NEVER works. I always use my hotspot. TRASH. i do not reccomend this to ANYONE. Not to mention if you have a problem you can’t contact anyone until the next business day if you have a problem after hours.
I have used Joink for business and home. The service is amazing. I have also has frontier, Uverse New Wave and time warner (now spectrum). There is no comparison. Joink is a regional provider that really cares about their customers. Thank you Joink for the great service.

They do not provide 24/7 internet access. Multiple issues with connection daily. Customer service can not fix some of the deep rooted issues with their internet. As a tech savvy person I would not recommend Joink unless you have no choice. Decently priced bad internet however.

The service, for the cost is outstanding. I live in a small town country type setting in Illinois and have been with Joink for many years… I’m truly impressed with the company. They have a great customer service department and are truly concerned about the customer… A rarity these days. 4.8 stars!
