Had overpriced leg brace billed to insurance they paid their portion was waiting on my bill from joints in motion instead 1 and half month later got a bill from collection agency. I guess they don’t send out bills?
I would definitely recommend this company. The service is fast and the customer service is amazing. Amara was so nice she took her own personal time to deliver a walker that I needed after surgery. I can not thank her enough.
My e-stim unit control button went bad and was still under warranty. I called Kyle in the warehouse and they sent someone over that afternoon with a new unit. Jesse is also a great sales person when we were buying the unit.
