  11. I used to live in Cedar Park and my water bill was never as high as this one is every month. There is so much lime in the water, that it leaves a hard film on my dishes and I have to scrub it off. Their rates are ridulously high.

  13. Not sure where the negative comments are coming from, I have been with Jonah water for 13 years with no issues, unless someone breaks the water line while digging. I also don’t consider the water rates high if you compare the cost of digging a well.

  19. Horrible water and horrible service. They let their pumps freeze even with plenty of advanced notice of a Historic Snow Storm. Then complete SILENCE from them. Except from their family members berating people on Facebook for trying to get answers why our water has been off for days!!!

Based on the negative reviews, I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with Jonah water office staff in person, but I was pleasantly surprised not only at how helpful the office ladies were but also how simple the process of canceling the old account and setting -up the new account was.
