This place is awfullllll. It’s sad we don’t have a choice in someone else. Not only is their water yellow, smells like wet dog and taste terrible but their staff is incompetent.

We’ve had a leak at the meter for six months and they refuse to fix it. It’s causing a rut through the yard and it’s a health concern because of mosquitoes. I’ve been asking them to fix it for six months and I am told that they are busy installing new pipe in another location.

Discoverd water leak in my yard on the suppliers side of the meter. Employee came out in short order, and checked it, and found it to be a leak approximately 8 inches from meter toward street. Said they would take care of it. That was one …
Dont expect to get a shut off notice. $15.12 due on 6-5. Water was shut off 6-25. I was charged $35 disconnect and $35 reconnect charge. Oh and Ive been with them for 8 years.
Quite literally the ONLY company in the marshall county area that doesn’t do one time leak adjustments. My pipes froze on 12/26, i had it fixed in TWO days and there is “nothing they can do.” If you can avoid this company, I would highly suggest doing so.
