They are always late picking up our trash on west race st every week and the workers throw out garbage cans a break them they are always a day later for pick up every week on a Monday pick up
If I could give no stars I would. They pay their employees 7.25 an hour to risk their lives. They don’t care about their employees or customers. Never get any service from these people.
Horrible service. Wish my township never switched to them. They don’t empty the trash cans completely & when they are “done” they throw your cans.
How is it that the company can change policy and not have to inform the customer of any changes. And then the pick up people are rude about it when addressed about it. Very unprofessional.
They constantly leave the trash containers blocking driveways and mailboxes.
They are dumoing the trash and recycling dumpsters in the same rruck, and lying about yhe reason why!!! Time to call yhe township that reguires us to recycle!
The costumer service is terrible. Do not trust them to make a payment over the phone for you. They take your credit card numbers and the bill will not get paid. Check your bank statement’s.

I had 2 bags of trash for pick up. Only one bag was taken. I called Mascaro, and spoke to a woman who transferred me to some guy’s voice mail. I left a message about the issue along with my name & address. No one ever returned to collect the remaining trash. It is still at my curb for this week’s collection. This is lousy service.
