Very Professional and very friendly. Staff and Health Care Providers.
Pathetic customer service. Plan on literally waiting hours in the lobby for your appointment. Happens every time.
After a few day run around they tell me my body pains I have are not caused by my cancer ,find that hard to believe being I didn’t have the pain before there response is well go to your regular doctor to have them figure out why you have …

This was a quick in and out CT scan. I believe the insurance paperwork took longer than the actual procedure. Everyone was very nice.
This place has very friendly people who help you and give you good directions to different places in the cancer center. The people who have helped me and talked with me have been so friendly and good with me .They help me understand whats going on and what things take place.
Have had a rocky time last year but hopefully it will get better and not worse. If you have questions please go ahead and text me!!
Service after two years is going downhill (FAST). Beginning to believe it is time to go back to UNMC to get service and responses that are necessary so I can decide on my future treatment.
My experience these past 8 1/2 months of treatment have been nothing but great. Very caring and competent people. Kudos to staff, nurses & docs.
I have been coming to this place for 17 years now. I have noticed their efforts over the years to improve their patient/customer service. It was never bad, any of those years! But it is amazingly high now, in 2019! …
They have me down for radiology but I didn’t do it yet . I’ve been here since 2:05 it is now 3:25 waiting to see doctor . It will probably be 4:00 before I see doctor . Last time I was here it was same thing they forgot about the x-rays …
ALWAYS clean, sanitized, friendly & helpful… waiting times short and nurses pleasant with informational doctors and I can’t leave out the wonderful people that take us to where we get our tests done… they are remarkably organized …
For the short amount time spent with staff members was uplifting and gave me confidence to start treatment.
Everything was explained and I was issued a notebook with all information to follow my treatments and staff phone numbers.
Not a place I ever wanted to be, but EVERYONE I met was great & always had a positive attitude with a smile.
Glad I was referred to the cancer center & the Doctors there. …
Even under the difficult circumstances of treatment for cancer this was a “happy” place for me. Kind friendly and supportive people, excellent medical care, always available to answer my questions and to provide antidotes when my chemo …
Cannot believe how horrific the care my mother has gotten!! After her telling her oncologist for the last 2 years she hasn’t felt well and she’s had pain breathing and her complaints being ignored and even after her having multiple visits …
Week one new patient. Beautiful care center filled with caring people.
Under treatment for a year. The doctors, nurses, labs, staff all treated me with kindness, understanding, and concern. I never waited more than just a few moments and there was always someone waiting for ME! ☺️, whether it was the front or in the treatment area! Always cheery and pleasant! Thank you-all!
