Front office staff is particularly bad at the Norcross location. Front desk clerk Tamela has no customer service skills at all. From our first appointment she was unpleasant and rude. I’d much rather go to the outlying offices than this one.
Front desk and other staff aren’t friendly, and hard to understand. I can’t ever reach this office on the phone. Dr. Abiola B is incredible, very nice, understanding, and open. Unfortunately she’s only in this office one day a week, which makes appointments and communication difficult.
They were wonderful with my son who has ADHD. I could see a major improvement in his behavior and impulse control. Front office staff was friendly. Watch out for reviews that complain about places that offer therapeutic services…ijs.

Hopefully Dr B has learned to listen and to be less aggressive with patients! Poor experience when I took a family member there. My relative felt traumatized after the visit and we never went back. We found another practice in Johns Creek that was much better.
