We are a 55+ community and they sold to under 40 and the board refused to fix. They want to change our documents to accomadatr their error. This is unacceptable. Also cannot reach anyone at corporate to talk to. Do not buy from them. Tell you one thing and do what they want
As Abhishek Goyal mentioned, we are also going through the same thing. The closing date keeps on changing and since we are renting an apartment, our lease will end before the closing will happen. Additionally, we are having such a hard time getting responses to our questions. It has been very stressful and not a pleasant experience.
