Internet has been as slow as a horse with no legs. Been on the phone for about 30 min just waiting for someone to pick up. Im convinced KalTel is run by the Flinstones.
When it’s good, it’s good, but when it’s out it could be days. Says I’m connected to wifi, yet I’m going over my data, channels don’t load. Called for tech support and never heard back.
Would give less. I moved somewhere i did not have a line of sight for my hughesnet. Paying for 6mbps service, have not seen it go over 3. Usually at 1.5-2. I miss my satellite.
Can’t give no stars or negative so this will have to do. Internet is shoddy at best, non-existant at worst. I would say you get what you pay for but not with this company. Every time I visit my parents from Utah I realized how terrible this is for them.

Professional and helpful staff. Internet service is good (for being dsl) most of the time. Occasionally slows down to a crawl. Service interruption seldom occurs. Staff is always willing to listen to issues and try to find resolution quickly.
