  1. Ive been trying to get ahold of an actual customer service rep for 2 hrs now always get disconnected and can get an actual person in the phone kansas needs to have a better way to get ahold of someone to talk to in order to get business taken care of

  2. I’ve neve had a good experience here with the process or people that are employed here. Everyone is rude and expects you to know exactly what’s going on when they don’t even have a clue. I think they forget where their paychecks come from.

  3. Trying to get a hold of a rep, as a customer service agent I find this as annoyance that I wasted 2 hours to find out what happen to my license after I renewed it. Phone service closed at 230 pm I assume. I am annoyed with this.

  5. Usless automated phone system, can never get you to a person without having to just settle for any department you can get, an then they transfer you an the call gets dropped or voicemail, you end up wasting hours with no results. Who ever set it up has no idea what their doing.
