This website is so bad… I can’t even get to a log in page to help my Mother who is in LA and has Kaplantel as her internet provider. This is ridiculous and… the company that did the website has “Crawfish” spelled as Crayfish? …
Customer service is the worse. Went in multiple times and the girl working one of the desks gave an attitude of not wanting to be there. Not only that, but the service is horrible and the plan are overpriced compared to other phone companies and phones are outdated.
Honestly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Smart ass employees who will lie to your face. Unreliable service. Best part is, if they service isn’t working. The workers blame you!!! How great is that!!
I got a phone from them and I couldn’t pay it one month since that they told me I owe 185$ now they wanna charge 400$ so I would advice anybody not to get a phone from them they took the 185 now they want 157 then they want 400 to connect it all I owed them was 185$ they money hungry people.
If i could give them lower than 1 star I would. They are an abhorrent company that told me in order to cancel my plan it would cost 200 dollars as an early termination fee. I said fine, then a few days later I go to cancel and switch over …
Contrary to all the negativity below me, I’ve always had good experiences with Kaptel. They have fiber now so, maybe that’ll fix the speed complaints and Ive never had any trouble with their equipment or employees.
I received my monthly bill and it had a pro rated charge for a recently purchased router. The sales rep neglected to tell me about the pro rate and the manager refused to remove it because the product was used during the pro rated days. …
