  5. they keep shutting off our water with 0 notice at all. we’ve lived here 6 months and we’re just NOW hearing from them that we needed to set up an account through them. We assumed it was through the city because we had never been contacted.

  6. Billing system is terrible! I pay all bills online, but KID will show no balance due one month then the next it’s a double amount. And they add a late fee. As I’m writing this, the KID website is crashed. I cannot access the bill pay system today.

  8. Why has the minimum monthly ammount gone up so much the past few years and not come back down. One increase was for Infrastructure update then another for the office to me “updated”. With that being done why hasn’t the base rates come back down?

  9. This is the only utility company that constantly changes due date so that they can charge late fee. I am sick and tired of this practice after paying plenty of late fees.Talking to them on the phone they always find an excuse for their due date games.

  19. Would’ve been nice for them to consider that fact that people might want to drive through the street, and maybe not park the trucks blocking the way with no warning. Truck on the left could’ve easily parked elsewhere to allow cars to go through. Got to do a nice detour around the block just to park in my driveway.
