I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is horrible, and their field techs do not pay attention. We just had a tank removed from our property, and the tech left the support for the crane down when he went to leave. It tore out the grass on the side of my lawn for about 20 feet .
Since Amerigas took over Keene Gas it has been impossible to get hold of anyone. Four phone calls, promises of returning shorthly> Zippo. And no help at all.
Excellent service – both in person and over the phone. Website is not entirely intuitive, but I was able to reach a human person for assitance rather quickly when necessary and the in person servicer was direct, friendly, and considerate. Would highly recommend.
