The prices are ridiculous and they slap you with hidden charges on top of it! They made the entire process of finding a new pair of glasses and contacts unbearable, and created problems when there didn’t need to be any. The staff is generally friendly, but are almost equally unhelpful. The doctors are even worse.
Prices are sooo ridiculous and no the selection isn’t good. They are probably the most expensive in Galesburg and no their frames are no better looking than Wal-Mart or anywhere else. Plan on spending $500.00 on glasses by the time it’s all said and done.
